Total Sporezone

Prologue

In the year 2150LtA (Later than Apocalypse) the civilised creatures of the planet Para (the Targle) split themselves into to distinct groups: DAWN and NEXUS. NEXUS followed the beliefs of Zealots, all un-believers must bow before the almighty Spode or die and DAWN followed the beliefs of Knights, fighting for right and banishing wrong. It is all too obvious that these two didn’t get along.

War broke out for 5 years until a research breakthrough by NEXUS. They had developed a successful half human half robot or cyborg. This gave their troops far superior senses and strength. They then proceeded to wipe DAWN from the Para’s surface. A small group consisting of a number of scientists and civilians managed to escape into a deserted and unused mine shaft deep under the surface of Para. After agreeing that DAWN had successfully been removed from the planet they focussed on using all surviving technology from DAWN to their gain.

For 40 years the survivors from the attack had been rebuilding their great empire beneath the surface under the new name of The Project. They continued rebuilding for another 5 years until disaster struck.

NEXUS had hacked into and reactivated one of DAWN’s orbital satellites; thus giving them full view of The Project. The war had begun.
